Immanuel Sobrato Community

Immanuel Sobrato Community brings 106 studio apartments – and two manager units – designed to serve chronically homeless households in San Jose. The four-story building integrates a welcoming lobby, front desk, mailbox area, and approximately 2,400 square feet of flex space, while residential amenities include a community room with a kitchen, computer lab, fitness center, laundry facilities, and private outdoor recreation areas.

Dedicated offices for property management and resident services provide a hub for case management, health and wellness programs, and supportive services designed to promote housing retention, independence, and community connection.

Located within walking distance of the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, multiple transit lines, grocery stores, and parks, Immanuel Sobrato Community offers residents not only a safe and stable home but also access to vital neighborhood resources and opportunities to thrive.

All residents at Immanuel Sobrato Community are referred by Santa Clara County’s Coordinated Entry System.
