Lazuli Landing

Lazuli Landing will be the first new-construction development of much needed affordable housing in Union City’s Decoto neighborhood in decades. The property will provide 81 apartments (including one manager’s unit) in a mix of of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans.

Planned property amenities at Lazuli Landing include a multi-purpose community room with a kitchen, outdoor play area on the second level, secure bike storage, and secure on-site parking. In addition to these onsite amenities exclusively open to residents, there will be a community-serving commercial space on ground floor leased to City of Union City’s Youth & Family Services (YFS).

Near transit, schools, groceries and a park, the area surrounding Lazuli Landing is a neighborhood of single-family homes and major traffic corridors, with supporting commercial and retail uses including nearby Decoto Road, home to a variety of vital businesses, including supermarkets, grocery stores, commercial banks, and restaurants.
