Community amenities include a common dining room, library, recreation room, a computer technology center, laundry facilities and community gardens. A variety of social activities and services are offered on a regular basis, and MidPen Resident Services addresses the “aging in place” needs of the residents. In 1991, Monte Vista Terrace received the City of Mountain View’s Mayor’s Award for providing an attractive affordable housing community and activities for seniors and adults with disabilities.
