Mosaic Garden at Friendly Acres is a 55-unit apartment complex in Redwood City, California. These garden style apartments were originally constructed in the early 1960’s and includes 53 studios and 2 one-bedroom units. MidPen performed a major rehab in 2018-2019 and the community now operates as permanent affordable housing with full services for the existing tenants.
