Paseo Estero apartments are generously sized, with full-size kitchens including refrigerator/freezers, dishwashers, and ranges, and bathrooms with tub/shower.
The community offers a fitness center, community room, computer lab, learning center, onsite laundry, secure bike storage, and private courtyard with seating and playground.
Community amenities also include 24-hour controlled access to the building, and onsite management and maintenance staff. Services offered to residents include health and wellness programs, workforce development, financial literacy courses, ESL courses, and connection to community resources.
