MidPen Housing works diligently with our partners to support proven affordable housing solutions. Our top priority this year is expanding funding availability for affordable housing.

The Affordable Housing Bond Act of 2026 is anticipated to result in 35,000 new homes affordable to very-low income, extremely low income and unhoused families, including set-asides for farmworkers and tribal housing.
