The City of Sunnyvale recently earned top honors from the state for its efforts to implement policies that go above and beyond state housing law to facilitate housing production. The LGMG awards include $10 million to MidPen Housing for the development of a 75-unit affordable housing project located in San Francisco. The project has received more than $20 million in local funding, including an Educator Housing loan from the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development.
