A member of MidPen’s Board of Directors since 2018, real estate executive, investor, and entrepreneur Enrique is also the Director and Chair of the Finance and Asset management committee.
As Vice President of Corporate Development, Real Estate Investment for Equinix, Enrique manages the firm’s global real estate development investment process. He is also a founder of Luxe Realty Partners, a real estate investment company focused on acquiring multi-tenant industrial and retail properties.
Enrique received his B.S. degree in Economics Cum Laude from the
University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and his
International MBA with honors from the University of Chicago, Graduate
School of Business.
