Kasey Archey

Senior Vice President and Head of Property Management
“I am happy to be a part of an organization like MidPen, whose intentional focus on preventing homelessness and promoting long-term housing solutions is changing both the Northern California landscape and the way people think about affordable housing.”

As the executive in charge of MidPen Property Management Corporation, MidPen’s largest affiliate organization, Kasey leads a staff of 250+ and has oversight of a housing portfolio of more than 8,000 affordable rental homes across 10 San Francisco Bay Area counties. She is responsible for all aspects of property operations including lease-ups, facility maintenance, compliance, resident satisfaction, staff development and each property’s financial performance.

Kasey came to MidPen in August 2022 with over 25 years of property management experience, previously holding senior leadership roles at Eden Housing, Abode Communities, and Goldrich & Krest. She also served as the Program Manager at Jerusalem House in Atlanta, Georgia, where she oversaw the largest supportive, permanent housing program in the metro area for homeless, low-income people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.

Kasey received the 2021 Multifamily Housing Network (MHN) Pandemic Hero Award, for efforts in supporting residents during the uncertainty of COVID-19. She currently serves on the Boards for the Affordable Housing Management Association, Pacific Southwest and Northern California/Hawaii and the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) Education Foundation. Kasey earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Dillard University.

In Kasey’s own words, “family is everything,” and outside of work, few things bring her more joy than sitting around a table with the people who are closest to her.
