The Pierce Road Assemblage is an ongoing effort to assemble properties along Pierce Road in the Belle Haven community of Menlo Park, California. The goal is to assemble enough land to support the development of new, higher density affordable housing on Pierce Road. The assembly currently consists of two parcels: 335 Pierce Road Fourplex, and the adjacent 335 Pierce Road Vacant Lot. The fourplex will operate as affordable housing restricted at 80% AMI until the site assembly is complete and ready for new construction.
