Avance provides 44 affordable homes for adults with developmental disabilities. Avance is the result of thoughtful planning and close coordination with the City of Livermore, the County of Alameda, the Regional Center of the East Bay, and community members. Careful consideration was given to the site’s design and unit design to ensure they best meet the needs of the residents and respect the character of the existing historic homes.
