A housing and health hub located in the heart of Live Oak, MidPen Housing partnered with Dientes Community Dental and Santa Cruz Community Health to create a 3.6-acre state-of-the-art campus that includes a 20,000 square foot primary care center, an 11-chair dental clinic, and 57 new affordable homes. MidPen’s Bienestar Plaza community includes apartment homes for families and individuals, including people with supportive housing needs. Resident amenities include a community room with kitchen, a learning center, a multipurpose meeting room, a central courtyard with BBQs and play structures, and a community garden with Native artwork that honors the earliest stewards of the land.
