Chestnut Square Family Housing is the second phase of a mixed-income intergenerational community close to shopping, transit, and restaurants. Chestnut Square Family will provide 42 affordable rental apartments for families with shared courtyards, community gardens, and a BBQ area. Chestnut Square Family started construction in April 2019, and will welcome residents in September 2020. All residents will have access to Family Services programming, and supportive housing residents will have case management administered by a third-party service provider.
