The result of several long-range planning and visioning efforts by the City of Belmont and MidPen Housing, Firehouse Square is a vibrant, mixed-use affordable housing community along amenity-rich El Camino Real. Firehouse Square will provide 66 rental homes for families and individuals, including those with supportive housing needs, in summer 2022.

Wait List Information

Firehouse Square has reopened its waiting list and is now accepting applications for 3-bedroom units only. This list is specifically for our 3-bedroom 80% AMI units with a monthly rent of $3,101. This open application period will be open until further notice. For more information on the project and how to apply, please see the Flyer, Frequently Asked Questions, and the full Resident Selection Criteria posted below. We are accepting online and paper applications which can be downloaded below. Applications can be emailed to firehousesquare@midpen-housing.org or mailed to the leasing office at 707 Bradford St, Redwood City, Ca 94063.
