Ira D. Hall Square is a new affordable housing community in Sunnyvale. This vibrant property offers 176 studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with all-electric kitchens, air conditioning, and plenty of storage. Seventy-five of the apartments will be filled via referral processes: 30 apartments through the Housing Authority of Santa Clara, and 45 units in partnership with the Office of Supportive Housing.
Property amenities at Ira D. Hall Square include a community room with kitchen, outdoor play areas, a learning center, bike parking, laundry facilities, and limited resident parking. MidPen Resident Services will provide service coordination as well as youth and adult education and health and wellness services.
Ira D. Hall Square is conveniently located near shopping, retail, restaurants, and public transportation, with the Lawrence Caltrain station located directly across the street. Residents can enjoy access to nearby Ponderosa Park which features sport courts, a playground, tennis courts, and picnic area with barbeques.
Ira D. Hall Square will be accepting applications for affordable apartments starting Monday, July 21 at 9:00am. The application period will close on Monday, August 4 at 5:00pm.
