Los Gatos 4-Plex was one of MidPen Housing’s first Moderate Rehabilitation Projects. The land upon which the building stood was owned by the Town of Los Gatos, and they needed it for a parking lot. With the cooperation of the Town of Los Gatos, MidPen cut the building into two sections and moved it to its present site. MidPen redesigned and renovated the building in an attractive Victorian Style.
