Mahonia Glen is accepting pre-applications for forty-three apartments available for eligible agricultural or farmworker households. The available units are designated for agricultural and farmworker families. Agricultural or farmworker families are defined as: a household consisting of at least one person who earns or earned, prior to retirement or disability, a substantial portion of his or her income from farmworker employment. *Minimum Required Income is 2X Monthly Rent & No minimum income for Voucher holders.
