Midway Village I

Midway Village I will provide 147 affordable apartment homes for families and transition aged youth in Daly City. This marks the first phase of the redevelopment and expansion of an existing San Mateo County Housing Authority property; ultimately, Midway will replace 150 aging and outdated units with 555 new and sustainable apartment homes. The community’s overall design plan is the result of extensive communication and input from residents. Existing residents will have the first opportunity to move into their new and improved homes as each phase completes. Midway Village I amenities include a community room with kitchen, learning center with outdoor play area, outdoor courtyard, secure bicycle storage, in-unit laundry, and property management and resident services offices.
