Shores Landing’s 95 apartments provide homes for extremely low-income seniors aged 62 and older, some of whom have experienced homelessness, are at risk of homelessness, had lost their homes due to COVID-19, or are medically-frail and enrolled in the County’s Community Care Settings program. Located in the Peninsula community of Redwood City, Shores Landing sits directly on the water at the intersection of Bair Island State Marine Park and the San Carlos Airport.
Property amenities include a community room, outdoor patio space, case management offices, and bicycle racks. MidPen and MHA offer residents a robust set of supportive services that include case management, housing stability support, individual service plans, community-based referrals, health education and wellness programming, life skills development, and more.
