Sunset Pines

Description

Sunset Pines is a 36-unit apartment complex in the City of Fairfield that was previously developed. MidPen Housing acquired the property in 2021 in order help preserve its affordability in the raising rental markets of Solano County. The community will undergo both immediate repairs and moderate future renovations, including safety and interior and exterior upgrades.

Sunset Pines, Affordable Housing Community is now accepting applications for 2-bedroom units. Applicants may apply online or in person beginning July 3, 2024, until September 30, 2024.
