Vivente II is an affordable housing development providing permanent independent living opportunities and services for persons with developmental disabilities. Vivente II onsite resident services are provided by The San Andreas Regional Center and Community Options, a local non-profit services provider for people with developmental disabilities. The community was co-sponsored by HIP Housing.
