Willow Court was completed in 1992 and occupies a corner site within a residential neighborhood. As part of the design, the townhomes give the appearance of a large Craftsman-style house typical of the region. Stylistic features such as open kitchens, wooden trellises, shaped brackets, barge boards and picket fences serve to upgrade the area. All Willow Court porches include birdhouses, which were designed, built and donated by the architect.
