Learn & Earn
These three educational programs allow you to gain valuable skills and certifications while getting paid. Computers are provided. Courses are taught online during evening hours to accommodate working adults, and you have access to the instructor for one-on-one sessions, questions, and coaching. No experience is needed. Participants can earn up to $18/hour.
- ESL: English language classes can open job opportunities and help you communicate confidently with the teachers, doctors, and others in your community. 12-week beginner and intermediate classes, 2 evenings per week, are available. Sign up by [date].

Benefits Assistance
You may qualify for valuable benefits through programs including CalFresh, Medi-Cal, unemployment insurance, rental/utility assistance, and more. This program gives you personal one-on-one support to access and maintain the assistance you deserve.

Cell-Ed
Get ESL and other skill-building lessons from the convenience of your mobile device or flip phone. Learn English on your own schedule—in as little as 3 minutes per day. Virtual coaching and in-person learning groups are available, helping you grow confidence through a shared community.

Unlock financial resources with a special no-fee debit card, allowing you to make purchases, get paid faster for Learn & Earn with direct deposits or tax refunds, and the option to open a personal savings account.

Tax Relief
Learn how to get the most out of your income tax savings, including up to $6,000 or more in tax refunds by claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Child Tax Credit (CTC). We can also provide general tax filing advice and refer you to free tax services if needed.
